CPBS Elections Held
The first meeting of the CPBS council since the recent AGM was held in the Westwood Hotel tuesday evening. The members of the Office Committee elected were – Dermot Power as President; Padraic Hynes and Mossie Joyce as Vice Presidents; Ann Reade as Secretary and John Riordan as Treasurer. While the full details of the individual sub-committees are not to hand, here’s a quick run-down of the principal officers of each:
- Tom Mac Lochlainn – Marketing Committee
- Mossie Joyce – Performance Committee
- Ciaran Curran – Chair of Inspection Committee
- Henry Kelly – Breeding Committee
- John Varley – Education Committee
- John Riordan – Chairs the International Committee
While there is no fixed date as of yet for the meeting of the Marketing Committee, we’ll post here a programme of events as decided when the group does meet sometime hopefully over the next few weeks.
