Eamonn Hannon Passes Away
It is with deep regret and that we announce the passing of Eamon Hannon, former president of the CPBS (1990 – ’98). Eamon, a Moycullen man since the 1960′s, but originally hailing from Cloughaun in Co. Limerick, was a strong proponent of the breed. It was under his stewardship that Blood Typing (and hence microchipping and the safe-guarding of breed integrity) was extended to all ponies. Our deepest condolences to his family.
