Virginia
The AGM of the American Connemara Pony Society took place over last weekend in Ohio, where it was attended by delegates from all over the States. Many of these had to fly, or drive, huge distances to be there. It was a busy weekend of seminars, sub-committee meetings, and reports. There were talks on coat colour, insulin resistance, Cushings Disease, Laminitis, and the history of the Pony. The main topic of discussion over the weekend was the possibility of the ACPS’ official attendance at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky next Autumn. More later on this.
