Only two stallions, Glencarraig Prince and Corrachmore Cashel, were responsible for more than one winner of the In-Hand section of the Clifden Show. Prince had two winners – Class 4 (Two Year Old Fillies) and Class 22 (Geldings) – while Currachmore’s progeny were winners of Class 3 (Two Year Old Colts) and Class 19 (Filly Foals). Eleven other stallions had one class winner each. It’s a big and welcome change from other years, when one or two stallions dominated the show.
